Tammy Abraham is set to join Turkish club Besiktas on a four-year deal. The striker is expected to arrive in Istanbul on Tuesday to finalise the transfer. According to Fabrizio Romano, all necessary documents have been completed, and the move is confirmed.
The transfer marks a club record signing for Besiktas. Abraham’s previous club is AS Roma, with whom Besiktas has finalised the deal. The transfer fee was reportedly agreed at €20m, as per recent reports.
Abraham is a striker who has played for AS Roma since 2021, having previously played for Chelsea and Roma’s other predecessors. His style of play is that of a physical, target-man type striker. In the previous season, Abraham was involved in transfer talks with AC Milan, with both clubs in negotiations over a potential transfer. However, he ultimately remained with AS Roma.
