Arsenal have been informed about a £5m release clause for Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, as the club considers signing him as a backup to David Raya. According to Sky UK, initial talks have taken place to discuss the conditions of the potential deal. Kepa, who plays as a goalkeeper, has previously been on loan to Bournemouth. He is known for his shot-stopping ability and distribution skills. The Spanish goalkeeper has been under contract with Chelsea, and his current status is expected to be clarified as negotiations progress. David Raya officially joined Arsenal earlier this year, and is currently the club’s first-choice goalkeeper, under the management of Mikel Arteta.
