Chelsea Football Club has announced that goalkeeper Teddy Sharman-Lowe has committed to a new contract, which is set to last for two years with an option to extend for a further season. The 19-year-old goalkeeper has been with Chelsea since the age of nine, having joined the club’s academy from the youth ranks of Havant & Waterlooville and then on to Southampton’s youth setup before returning to Chelsea.
Sharman-Lowe is expected to be loaned out to Bolton Wanderers, as reported by @SJohnsonSport on X. The young goalkeeper’s next step is likely to be gaining first-team experience on loan, a common practice for young players in his position.
