Liverpool is on the verge of completing the signing of Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez, with one more round of talks expected to finalise the deal. The Reds have been in negotiations with the Cherries, and personal terms are reportedly in place since last week. According to Fabrizio Romano, the transfer is imminent, with the journalist stating “here we go, soon”.

Milos Kerkez is a left-back who has been linked with a move away from Bournemouth. The player’s transfer deal has been in the works since Liverpool entered advanced talks to sign him in May. Kerkez has been with Bournemouth since his previous club, AZ Alkmaar. His style of play is that of an attacking full-back, capable of supporting both the defence and the attack.

The development comes after Liverpool showed interest in Kerkez earlier in the year, in March. Prior to joining Bournemouth, Kerkez was with AZ Alkmaar. Manchester United had also reportedly eyed the player last year, in June, as a potential left-back. More recently, Kerkez joined Lian Sports Agency in December, with according to the latest related news, his representation now under the agency.
