Simone Inzaghi is set to leave his position as Inter Milan head coach, with a decision having been made to part ways. According to Fabrizio Romano, Inzaghi will now take up the role of head coach at Al Hilal. Inzaghi’s tenure at Inter has come to an end after achieving significant success, including one Serie A title, two Coppa Italia trophies, and three Italian Super Cup wins, as well as reaching two Champions League finals.
Inzaghi’s appointment at Al Hilal was reportedly planned, and he is expected to take on his new role. The Italian coach had previously extended his contract with Inter until 2026, but it appears that the club has decided to go in a different direction. Inter President had backed Inzaghi earlier in May, but talks over his future had been ongoing, with the club ultimately deciding to part ways.
